The fact that my next door neighbor could afford to buy this car which goes 253MPH is just ridiculous!
And theirs me with my BMW M3... it looks so crap when compared to this car.

I've obscured the plates for you, it's far too easy for some random bod to get names and addresses out of the DVLA these days Sad

So you bought that M3 on ebay then?

No i didnt, i couldn't get the service history outta him and it looked a bit suspicious. I already have a BMW 325 Ti Compact, M Sport, and my pride and joy that is my 1994 Lancia Delta EVO 2 anyway so it doesnt matter.

Maybe I'm out of the ordinary, but I think that's an ugly car. The supercars of the past are much more attractive... Mercedes CLK-GTR, McLaren F1 GTR, Nissan R390 GT1 road car, TVR Speed 12... I could go on.

Speaking of Bugatti... check out this link-
http://www.bugatti-collection.com/index.php/cat/c230_Kosmetik.html
Some of the stuff you can buy on their website is just absurdly over priced!
For example this-
I admit having something like this- would be cool but most of it is to expensive

What the heck... sculptured gold chemical weapons... whatever next Hehe

I prefer classical simplicity in my delivery systems...

I'd also argue that the "too expensive" tag extends to the car itself; given the impossibility of using its performance anywhere on British roads - legally or not - plus its extreme ugliness, I'd far rather spend my money on any of the cars Chris cited - particularly the TVR Big Smile - or simply on supercharging my Volvo 164...

...or indeed, on something like this Big Grin

The Veyron costs 100 to fill up @ the petrol station, flat out it'll use its 100 litre capacity in 12 minutes!

I wouldn't mind a Veyron but then again it would take a while to be able to afford 1! To replace just 1 tire on it, it costs 8,000!

They don't make them like they used to.

Rocky, I can't say I'd mind one either. However, only if it was given to me. I'd never buy one when the likes of the cars I mentioned were available!
